All gear is shipped separately from any other products in your order (unless otherwise stated in a bundle, etc.). We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all goods and we ask that you please allow for some flexibility in shipping/delivery timelines.
We do this for two reasons:
- Some gear is shipped directly from the manufacturer. To bring order to the variance between each manufacturer, we have applied consolidated average rates.
- Other gear is shipped from our warehouse. For these items, this helps to ensure we are able to achieve manufacturer standards or higher for packing, wrapping, boxing, shipping, etc.
This process applies to:
Equipment: Brewers, Grinders Kettles, Scales, Pour Overs, Etc.
Drinkware: Cups, Mugs, Bottles, Etc.
Merchandise: Apparel, Stickers, Bags, Etc.
At Frame we do our very best to make sure your gear arrives in peak condition. We are not fully responsible for how any package is handled by any shipping carrier, but in the event any gear is delivered in a broken state, please take detailed pictures immediately and contact us through the form on our website so we can work with you on repair or replacement.
